The Apartments
The Afton
The Afton is a one-bedroom, one-bath floor plan that includes everything you need to establish a new home base at The Cypress, and embrace our carefree, active lifestyle. Enjoy short walks to The Clubhouse, and the abundant natural beauty that surrounds.
The Carlton
With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a Carolina room, The Carlton is one of our larger apartments at The Cypress. All Carltons are located within close proximity to The Clubhouse, and offer beautiful views of our Cypress grounds.
The Biltmore
The Biltmore apartment features two-bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, and generous living and dining rooms. Biltmore residences offer lagoon or courtyard views, and an easy walk to dining and amenities at The Clubhouse.
The Delano
The Delano is a sun-filled, corner apartment offering panoramic views of tranquil courtyards and lagoons. The Delano is our largest apartment, and includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a Carolina room. The Clubhouse is short stroll away.
The Villas
The Park
The Park features an outdoor living space to enjoy views of The Clubhouse, croquet lawn, or golf course, depending on building and location. Abundant natural light from large windows accentuate the open floor plan that includes two bedrooms and bathrooms.
The Azalea
The Azalea is an expansive and airy floor plan comprised of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, office/den, and balcony or walkout patio. The Azalea is situated along the golf course, and offers a short walk to The Clubhouse via tree canopied trails.
The Golf Cottages
The Devonshire
The Cypress golf course is home to our charming Devonshire cottages. Floor plans range from 2,000-2400 square feet, and include two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and patio or Carolina room, as well as garages and traditional yards.
The Bay Club
The Southampton
The Southhampton is located in our waterfront Bay Club community, and thus offers stunning views of Intracoastal Waterway or lagoons. Floor plans feature two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, generous family areas, private study/guest room, and garage.
The St. Anne
Our Bay Club community boasts luxurious homes in a spectacular Lowcountry setting. This St. Anne floor plan has been modified by its owner (customization is one of the many perks of home ownership at The Cypress. The club pier is a short walk away.
